The importance of natural materials

At HAMO, we are convinced that natural materials are essential to create sustainable and environmentally friendly products. Solid wood or plywood, we carefully select each material for its quality (here no MDF that we sell you at a high price). Our choices reflect our desire to promote authentic resources in harmony with nature.

1. What materials do you use for your creations?

All our objects are made exclusively from solid wood and poplar plywood. We choose these materials for their durability, lightness and natural aesthetics.

2. Are the products customizable?

Yes! We offer customization on many items. You can add a name, message or custom design. Feel free to contact us to discuss your ideas.

3. How to maintain wooden products?

To preserve the beauty of your items, clean them with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, moisture or direct sunlight to prevent the wood from warping or fading.

4. Are the products environmentally friendly?

Absolutely! We use sustainably sourced wood and our production process minimizes waste. In addition, solid wood and poplar plywood are natural and biodegradable materials.

5. What types of products do you offer?

We offer decorations.

6. How long does it take to receive my order?

Our products are made to order to ensure quality and customization. The average manufacturing time is 3 to 5 working days, plus delivery time.

7. Where do you deliver?

We ship our creations throughout France and internationally. Delivery costs and times vary depending on your location.

8. Can I return an item?

Personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. For standard products, you can contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return.

9. Does the wood used have any odors?

Freshly cut or engraved wood may have a slight natural odor due to the laser engraving process. This odor fades quickly after a few days.

10. Can I place a custom order?

Yes, we love taking on new challenges! If you have a specific project in mind, send us a message with your ideas, and we will provide you with a quote.
